      QUALCOMM cares about their employees. Time and again, I've seen upper management work to make the employees happy. The company has great benefits and attempts to recognize innovation and hard work.

      Cons

      QUALCOMM is a fast-paced engineering environment that can burn people out. The company is still struggling to figure out the right balance of process and winging-it.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
