It's a well recognized name in the industry. Good perks at times like discounts and free courses. Some interesting work to be done, if you have the time.
Cons
Photo ph system displays title, department, how long with the company, which encourages legacy power, unncessary politics and territoriality, although it may help in a process-driven environment, which QCT is. Too many products to support, too much mundane, yet high priority, busy busy hard labor tasks, leaving no time to reflect and to think innovatively. Top heavy organization, difficult for younger engineers to get promoted.
