Pros
As one of the major suppliers to wireless industries, Qualcomm leads many IC designs in wireless, modem and also microprocessors. You can definitely learn a lot of skills and knowledge in the most up-to-date circuit design in this fast pace company. The benefit is really good--- you barely spend money in visiting doctors.
Cons
Since the design pace is really fast, mangers will try very effort to push you even though the deadline is not feasible. Also the promotion is really political, if your manager does not like you, your promotion will be very slow no matter how hard that you work.
