Great company but not to work at - Software Engineer Qualcomm Employee Review

There is lacking in diversity, majority of engineering employee are Indian or Chinese. This is causing the Qualcomm culture to be similar to the Asian culture of over working. I saw many coworkers working until midnight or even the weekends. We don’t have on-call, but honestly being on call might be better.
