$, generous package to feed the family, bonus+stocks. Top tier wireless chipset company to learn, if you are working on electronics related career, carrying the name of 'Qualcomm' could bring you further in next career.
Cons
Lay off is alwayssss happening, no reason needed, low moral, as you don't know when you will be the next. Policy applies to non-VP levels, director or above only need to travel business class, 5 star lodging and please their line managers for not being laid off next round, I barely see their productivity, but only huge spending group.
