Pros
Teams are very collaborative and supportive. I don't think this is intentional, but I feel like Qualtrics hires (and retains) folks who aren't just great engineers but genuinely good people. I've made a lot of friends among my coworkers. Great place, especially for new grads. Company is growing like crazy and it's definitely an exciting place to be. Internal promotions are fast and merit-based. Talented new grads can become effective team leads within a year.
Cons
Higher quality free meals would be nice, but can't complain since msft & amzn don't get any.
