Pros

The financial benefits and competitive salary (locally) headline some of the best reasons. Most benefits will improve with each progressive year and our rights as employees are observed. Opportunities for training in present areas of expertise are available to all employees and externally at local universities, based on specific conditions being fulfilled.

Cons

Autonomy and authority for line managers are restrictive, Display of initiative is not condoned. Transparency in career advancement is lacking.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
