      New leadership team ruined the good momentum. Too much interference by Bertelsmann. Barely no team building

      Pros

      Broker and Processing was always very supportive. If you needed anything it was as easy as picking up the phone and making a call.

      If there were any I would say it was location for me. The office was in Washington and I am in California
