      Some departments have good leaders

      Cons

      - No clear compensation grade or salary range. Huge title inflation - If you resign, any kind of bonus will be cut off. even if the bonus is for the previous year - Diversity is a joke

      Pros

      Broker and Processing was always very supportive. If you needed anything it was as easy as picking up the phone and making a call.

      If there were any I would say it was location for me. The office was in Washington and I am in California
