Pros
Work from home is allowed depending on team. End of year shut down is nice, holiday pay for two weeks basically.
Cons
Because of funding you get passed around from project to project. You are lucky if you actually find work, let alone work that interests you, before you are cleared. The work is mediocre at best, because you're the newest you'll always be the first cut so you can never really dive deep into a problem. Also, the health insurance isn't much to look up to.
