      Overworked, understaffed, terrible management who do not set goals or objectives, poor onboarding and communication, very siloed and not collaborative at all

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
