Pros
Remote work, knowledgeable coworkers (many that have now been laid off or have left on their own), & was steady through Covid
Cons
Massive layoffs across the company have been occurring since Ben Faes stepped in- entire teams have been laid off based on location alone. I have seen people with a 20+ year history with the company kicked to the curb. This is disheartening enough without even factoring in the disorganization and sad "attempts" at leadership by upper management.
