      Pros

      People on the same level or lower genuinely care.

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue about anything, it's an eternal "let's just wing it" and let the people below figure it out. The utter disregard if you stay or leave, of what you put it in, and your commitment to improving the company and yourself is appaling.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
