      Good salary, good direct manager

      They made some bad decision. If you work on client’s site, you have no paltform to manage your day off/time. Everything is manual via email.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
