      Friendly colleagues. Nice modern office complex. Good opportunity to use language skills. Decent first job for a modern languages graduate.

      Cons

      Very dull work. Poor communication between departments. No career progression.

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
