Pros
- One of the biggest company in Software Localization - Recently acquired SDL and Webdunia company - Work from Home (for Covid-19) only - Colleagues are good! Really supporting, helping..!
Cons
- No Work-life balance - Employees are not valued for their Hard work in a nutshell Salary packages and Appraisal bracket (9% max) are not worthy - Lead and managers are asked to do Data entry operations for a Project that means the company won't respect the employee title and all really care about financial goals. - 3 Month Notice Period with 20% Salary cuts during NP - Paual Danter Left as CEO , Company does not respect its own CEO bcoz he was removed from CEO position post acquisition
