If you want a steady day-to-day job and aren't looking to accomplish anything significant, this is the place to be.
Cons
After the merger with SDL, it became a ridiculously coprorate environment. Nobody wants to make positive changes. Most management positions have people who aren't particularly bright, but they keep things moving forward.
