Pros
Provided a paycheck and was able to work from home on a hybrid schedule. Immediate team members were nice.
Cons
The job was repetitive, answering the same customer inquiries continuously. However, senior management set ridiculously high targets, nearly unachievable, to complete work. Lousy solution to poor product quality. Additionally, internal technology developed, or used, for work was also of poor quality and hard to use. Overall, an unhealthy high stress environment with little to no opportunity for real growth professionally.
