      Dwindling, front line colleagues fulfilling the income stream

      Cons

      For a Service division, it’s rather confusing to hear a majority of the management tier use the word “Customers”, pushing basic sales chatter and metaphors…. where one expects selling Pens is required.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
