Pros
Diverse atmosphere, employees tend to stick around and help rather than compete against each other. Some good products in the tech portfolio!
Cons
Organisationally messy after many mergers & acquisitions - taking way too long time to corroborate the "One RWS" statement. Strategically unsound with too much internal friction for enterprise customers. Boils down to inability to merge the services and technology parts of the company into a cohesive business model. Sadly content tech investment is falling behind.
