      Pros

      Really nice colleagues - though arguably not a reflection of the business in itself.

      Cons

      Salary does not compare with workload, responsibilities or amount of additional hours people work. Good to get some initial experience in the industry but there are a lot of other companies that pay their employees fairly.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
