      The people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Yet again announcing real-term pay cuts. There hasn't been a pay review for the vast majority of people since the pandemic and Ian just announced another pushback of the pay review until 2025.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
