      Some good peers but the really good people are overlooked while yes people are promoted

      Cons

      Staff over worked and getting worse each year as more people are laid off while investors take profits during a recession. Very low pay and impossible to get pay raise

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
