      Decent benefits, good global governance.

      Cons

      Mid to lower level managers are only interested in keeping their job. Salary is very low compared to others. They say they are transformer "experts" but in reality they are a tap changer company dabbling in transformer service. The majority of the company has been built through acquisitions.
