      + spannende Arbeit + Ideen dürfen eingebracht und umgesetzt werden + Firma nimmt sich Feedback an und verbessert sich + tolle Kollegen

      - Änderungen brauchen meist eine Weile (ist sicher überall so) - in der Weihnachtszeit ist immer viel los und viel zu tun - wünsche mir mal eine fachliche Schulung

      Bad culture, racist and misogynist management/CEO. Salary is a joke. Work hours are long. Whoever disagrees with CEO gets fired.
