Pros
Good benefits, good salary, enjoyed company culture, week off between Xmas and New Years (in advance) was a great perk.
Cons
At times the "work-life" balance was imbalanced towards work a bit too much, but this was typical for the industry and the job level. Step-wise layoff made for some slow and difficult times, but understandable given the situation.
