Bad management from 3rdQ 2018 - Anonymous employee Roche Employee Review

Its sad to see such great Company have weak and extremely bad management. Weak HR and despite all could be avenue for staff to voice up does not work. Global just simply leave it to region to resolve. Region will just cover up. Staff who are make redundant realised after departure most of job junction got passed around the office. When current staff protest the job scope was considered for outsourcing. Its seems no evaluation was done and its not due to losses. Some staff gets away with rude behaviours and creates very toxic environment.
