Pros

- Flexibility: eventhough the politics is a mandatory 40% of work from the office, the actual ratio is variable depending on the project and the role and you can adapt it to match your needs. - The managers are comprehensive and empathetic people - Mental health is an important thing in the company and also for the managers - Ticket restaurant - Flexi payroll

Cons

- Salary could be better depending the role, there are some discrepances between different people doing the same job - There are continuous transformations that change the way of working and make adaptation really difficult - Mindset is not agile eventhough they work in the SAFe framework

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Cons

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
