-Horrible pay
-About the same pay raise as others on the team that do half or 10% of the work
-Add responsibilities to certain people who are motivated to learn but don't raise the pay accordingly
-Only value a degree - I have 10 years of working experience (5 in Government work) and earned 4 Industry certs, WHILE being the highest performer on my team (by a margin of 200+ tickets to the closest team member)
