Decent pay,below average benefits. If you can do the job you are pretty much left alone.
Cons
Too much politics. Reactive management instead of proactive. If you aren't in the "club" or clique you pay for it sooner or later. This company wouldn't know a good worker if one hit them in the head with a 2 X 4. Kissing up is the best way to get ahead here. Vindictive, poisonous environment
