Thanks for your feedback. We couldn't agree with you more about the amazing opportunities Sage give its people - and at all levels. As you say, we care for our people a great deal and this is shown every day through interaction with us from our leaders, our processes and how we get things done - as well as all the amazing careers and learning & development opportunities available. As you say, we are extremely customer focused - as our CEO, Stephen Kelly, often to refers to it - "customer obsession" - this is really clear to us all. Yes, we do want the transformation to be quicker - this will make a difference to all our colleagues and customers alike...already it has made a massive positive change, so it will be exciting to see the end results when we get there.
