      Sanofi as an organization is really good with great benefits and opportunities

      Cons

      The neuro team is extremely toxic and rude. There is no empathy/humanity and everyone’s life has been made miserable. There is no basic etiquette on how to talk to people. Thankfully people have recently been transitioned to writer role as they didn’t deserve to be in management.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
