      Good benefits, bonus, employee centric company

      Cons

      Increment could be better. At KL hub there are too many activities or events which is non value added. Sometime you will be expected to be part of the organizer. Alots of ppl at management in incapable especially at Global side. Work can be quite messy because of that.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
