Pros
Good Benefits. Like all companies, there are good companies with bad leaders but that doesn't make the company bad. I'm sure there are really good areas in genzyme to work.
Cons
This seems like the division that gets forgotten. Not much emphisis on this division. Even though it's been around the longest. Management doesn't seem to value star employees. They just seem to pile more work on them instead of helping their career path and training new employees.
