Pros
Genzyme as a whole is a great place to work. If you want to come here be prepared for a lot of moving parts. There is always something new going on, and they are not afraid to spend capital on anything as long as the ROI is there.
Cons
There is a little bit of a crunch on upward mobility going on, in that the senior members are pretty well entrenched, so there either one has to make their own position, which is possible, or wait for something to come along.
