      Pros

      A lot of technical people and all of them are nice. Nice orientation in the nice building for new hires.

      Cons

      Too many locations and organizations are way too distributed. Organization structure changes a lot and not sure if those processes are well thought out.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
