      Global company Great products that make a difference

      Location Career development almost does not exist Pay and bonus are minimal senior management keep taking awful decisions Micro-management is the culture. can't take a decision without being questioned by senior management for reasons HR in a different world

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
