      Good place to work, benefits in line with other companies. Room for advancement. Pay is good. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Uncertain future, starting to feel like a big company. Current work environment is stressful. Some times it feels like there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
