Pros
It is fairly easy to move laterally within company and change positions
Cons
Management is tone deaf. Pay is much lower than competition. Management keeps the compensation low by abusing H1-B1. Also, the "good ole boys club" mentality rules in Schneider, if you know what I mean. I highly recommend employees (specially engineers) to stay away. I can leave as well and have considered it but I enjoy the type of work I do and the relationship with my customers. But Schneider and their management is simply not worth it.
