Pros
- Flexible working location
- Manager was nice
- Orange juice
- Liberty to study while working
Cons
- Upper management unwilling to establish any sort of communication with employees.
- Talking about salary **will** get you fired.
- At first, everyone is nice and a lot of liberties are granted, but after the 6th month, those liberties are taken away and you're gaslighted into thinking those liberties were never there.
- Unable to access promotions if you're surname is not of German origin.
- Language learning packages were offered with the job, but the requests were always denied by upper management.
- Further learning opportunities were offered with the job, but the requests were always denied by upper management.
- When requesting a salary raise, upper management mocks employees telling them that the fact they offer standing desks in the office spaces is already above average behaviour from a company.
- If you find out your colleague, that works the same job and has the same experience is getting paid more, you're told that "it's your fault, because you're a bad negotiator"
