      Congrats, you’re employed. That’s all

      Cons

      Expenses are not paid Staff documents including your bank details are regularly misplaced by management No support - no encouragement - no training provided. Not a single member of staff in the entire UK were aware of how the new ordering systems worked before they were implemented No internal progression whatsoever Minimal sick pay The bonus is a joke HR tried to make us work more hours for less pay.

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
