The bonus scheme is designed to limit the amount you can earn in an established store. They reel you in with the promise of hundreds in bonus but the reality is quite different. Micro management, favouritism, managerial bullies and high staff turnover. I witnessed staff being pushed out during my time. They were actively targeted. In my district, the sickness policy was “don’t go sick”. Sickness was met with suspicion, interrogation and it can lead to unwarranted “stern conversations”.
