      Pros

      Shurgard has a good bonus scheme that typically rewards the effort put in to deliver the results required.

      Cons

      Poor management with bad communication. They have a tendency to entice new staff with a specific work location and then change it. Forced location changes happen every couple of years. Current owners put profit margins first. Sites are poorly maintained. Excessive price increases without any negotiation. The customer pay the increase or leaves.

      Thank you for leaving your review any feedback is valuable. We offer employment within a district, which at times will mean that you are required to move locations, however we try and balance the business needs with the home location of our employees.

      Pros

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
