I would like to see more flexibility with the teleworking days, when starting you are required to work in the office for 3 months, While I understand it is important in the beginning to interact with your colleagues and to get to know everyone, I feel that 3 months is a bit much and at times it can be inconvenient (like when there are strikes or issues with the public transport) and once this period is done, the policy is 3 days at the office vs 2 at home. With the fast pace growing of the company and limited space I am afraid that this can become a challenge in the near future.
