Lack of communication between the company, staff and management. A negative atmosphere created by senior management which naturally affects any environment. The pay and bonus schemes. Allowing staff to take advantage of the promotions to bulk up numbers

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
