      Pros

      The company has a great approach for newcomers, offering strong training and a complete onboarding plan. You’re quickly integrated, with supportive colleagues ready to help you become as independent and team-oriented as possible. After three months, they allow you to work from home twice a week, as stated in the contract, which is a real game-changer.

      Cons

      Limited remote work options if teleworking is restricted to Belgium. Would be nice to have some days per year working from anywhere flexibility. Possible work-life balance issues if workloads are high, mainly during quarter and yearly close. As it’s a growing company the workload have increased so they should think about getting more people in the team.

We organize a yearly team-building event, three quarterly team gatherings, and various employee engagement activities, including a summer party and monthly birthday celebrations.       Pros

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
