A bit of freedom to do what you want without someone constantly on your back

Cons

Unorganised, have to work sometimes 6 or 7 days in a row due to management struggling to schedule properly

You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

Cons

The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
