      Pros

      Good managers, they actually care about the teams. Salary is ok. Work / life balance is very good. The people are nice and you can create a lot of connections since the teams are mostly international.

      Cons

      The projects can get a bit boring at times, not much room for improving yourself.

      Pros

      Good job security, nice company vehicle, company work phone. As a site Installation Tech, I do not feel micromanaged.

      Cons

      Raises are not good, only way to get a large pay jump is maybe from a promotion. Mostly, people have had to switch branches to get larger pay increases. Company barely does any for of fun team building events due to pinching pennies. Products have poor documentation for tech work which can get very frustrating.
