      Excellent work-life balance If you are lucky, nice team, but it's a hit and miss If you need a bit of relax during a day, just go to a meeting

      Bureaucratic and lots of politics A lot of innovative initiative die due to push back from management or unenthusiastic fellow colleagues IBM and Microsoft lovers, only approved dev tools can be used Poor hardware makes development a pain

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
