9yWe appreciate your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the sign-on bonus and the compensation that Sixt provides. To address your concern, at a smaller downtown location we will not have the same traffic that an airport has. However, we structure our shifts so that we have a comparable amount of Rental Sales Agents in relation to the reservations for that day. Due to this, our Rental Sales Agents have the opportunity to spend time with their customers and accommodate them with the most suitable upgrades based off of their needs. Yes, the amount of commission and expectations will differ, however, you are offered equal opportunity to sell. Our hope is that our agents at smaller locations will grow into our airports as they gain more experience.
